A place for ATINY, beyond the arena
During the holiday season of 2022, ATEEZ’s tour across the United States and Canada became an opportunity to bring its fan community together beyond the show. hello82 enlisted POPUP to design, produce and operate a coordinated series of pop-up shops for the group’s ATINY community.
The program followed the tour through Oakland, Phoenix, Fort Worth, Chicago, Atlanta, New York and Toronto, bringing an in-person merchandise experience to fans in each market.
Built around the tour
POPUP connected experiential design with project management, tour routing and logistics, on-site operations, staffing and event management. Each stop needed to work as a local fan destination while remaining part of a coordinated touring program.
The shops paired merchandise discovery with the anticipation surrounding the live shows, giving fans a place to celebrate their favorite group together.
From merchandise to shared experience
The project reinforced the value of locally accessible experiences for passionate music communities. It extended the tour into the city and created a physical gathering place around the shared identity of ATINY.
