The opportunity
Express a fan community through retail.
FutureHive’s Los Angeles edition brought merchandise, objects and art into a shared physical setting. The Fairfax boutique carried the artist’s identity into the street and through the shop.
The Pop Up Team’s earlier work
This Los Angeles edition belongs to The Pop Up Team’s earlier artist-retail work through Fancy.com, before POPUP. It is a distinct chapter from the New York boutique and the later Nobody Safe tour shop.

The experience
Give the collection room to breathe.
A long central counter anchored the white interior. Apparel around the perimeter and clear space between displays let visitors explore the collection as a connected retail experience.

The experience
Let the window tell part of the story.
Artwork and objects extended the artist’s visual world beyond apparel. The window connected that identity with Fairfax, while smaller details rewarded time spent inside.

A closer look
Details of the experience.
The impact
FutureHive found a home in Los Angeles.
The Fairfax boutique brought collection discovery, artist identity and an opening gathering together in one place. The story is part of the team’s earlier experience through Fancy.com.
