Why Don't We's pop-up stores made shopping part of a closer fan encounter. Merchandise, meet-and-greets and in-store performances shared a touring format produced for Atlantic Records and Warner Music Group.
How can a touring store support live artist encounters?
A fan store becomes a shared memory when the artist is part of the experience.
Bring retail, meet-and-greets and in-store performances together in a repeatable fan format across fan communities.

Bring the band into the store
Meet-and-greets and in-store performances made the shop a place to connect with the artists as well as discover merchandise.
Carry the experience across cities
The touring program brought the format to multiple fan communities. Each store drew a strong fan turnout, combining shopping with a close encounter with the band.
The planning lesson
Plan the room for its busiest transition: when a shopping floor becomes a performance or signing setting. Staff positions, sightlines and merchandise access need to work across that change. A repeatable format still needs a venue-specific delivery plan.
Who delivered the experience
POPUP delivered the touring pop-up environments and operations, bringing merchandise, artist encounters and intimate in-store performances together in each store.
Produced for Atlantic Records / Warner Music Group.
What the experience made possible
The touring stores connected merchandise with artist encounters and live moments in local fan communities.
